Two movies! :)

Death Sentence (2007)

Starting with this. A real nerve-thriller featuring Kevin Bacon Nick as Hume, a family father with a well payed job, a wife and two loving sons, house and a nice car. Let's say the all American dream. Nick is following his oldest son Brendan to watch his hockey game, and when they're driving home afterward something terrible happens. Something that soon to come turns Nick into something entirely else but a man whose usual days contains a desk and risk assessment. Now, he's one pissed off man seeking revenge. The movie was really great. Evidently made by the same director like Saw, interesting. Lots of the scenery in the film felt like playing GTA San Andreas though, especially during the car park chase. However, really great film. Go watch it!

King of California (2007)

Not as good as I'd thought it would be. I can recall when this one had it's premiere, lots of people talking about that they couldn't wait to see it. Therefor, I was sort of in eager expectation. Worth? Nah. It's about Michael Douglas as a mind-tripped man with a teenage daughter who's running around him, not sure about who really looks after who. The whole story is about a treasure hunt, even though the finish semi-tells that it would be something deeper beyond. Nah, I don't buy it. The event that was most interesting to me was that on Charlies porch I actually recalled the flower that I've seen here in town, being faschinated of, mostly because it looks like a more-known-flower under some strange form of mutation. I've snapped a photo of those so I'll show them later on. Anyways, not sure if I can recommend this movie.
