The EA Games cheerleader - me?

Heh, funny. A couple of days ago I answered this job ad about a post as "pep up guy" for EA Games. At least that's how I figured that this work would be like. It was about visiting different retail stores and check so that they've got the latest in EA's assortment, plus that they have the adequate knowledge about the product. Hmm, when come thinking about it, isn't this after all a job as a salesmen, just like any other?

Anyways, EA Games shouldn't have any problems selling. I mean, they're like behind all those "NHL/FIFA/NBA %currentyear%" games, among lots of others. I'd say they're one of the most well-known game developers in the world. Shouldn't be so hard to sell.

Damn, those video games has really turned a couple of knots upwards when it comes to experience - or have they? Couldn't you get the same feeling by playing an old Mario game as with.. take 'Prey' for example?

Me myself? Well I remember a couple of months ago.. I was trying out "Quake 3 - Revolution" on PSTwo. I was like "Whoa, such graphics! So awsome! Cool!", totally fascinated. Later on, I looked closer on the game cover. Then I see "(c) 2001 idSoftware" on the bottom. I was like "What?? Is this game seven years old?? WHERE have I been all these years??".

Crazy.
