PeaZip (GNU)
Yesterday I was tipping you guys about free software. As compression tool I mentioned 7-Zip. Now as today, I've discovered another opensource tool. It's called PeaZip and seems really nice. Integrated res-files for a handfull of other [open] compression tools; using the PeaZip GUI to compress files through them different command line executables - flawless! PeaZip also have it's own file format (.PEA). Furthermore, PeaZip also supports uncompression aswell as compression of the earlier mentioned 7-Zip file format. So the front-end built in for 7-zip would almost become superfluous, so to speak.

Enjoy!
