Movie: "Indecent Proposal" (1993)

This was tonight's hotshot. A mediocre flash from the 90's, really. The plot could really just aswell has been put on the screen during the 80's, but I guess the director had been sleeping for quite a while before he could fetch the pen. The story? About a couple who needs quick bucks. They go to Vegas to bet their last loan on the casino. Shit hits the fan and they run flat broke. The sollution? A millionaire offering a million(!) dollars cash. The price? A night with the lady. At first they go like "No way!", but after only a night's reconsideration they find it a good sollution. After all, "it's just sex". Anyways, things [of course] get's complicated. In fact, the movie was so "slow" that I needed to divide the watching in three parts (Saturday night 1/3; Sunday morning 1/3, Sunday afternoon 1/3).

My nephew also turned nine this very Sunday. The years pass by really fast. Amazing, when come thinking about it. Since I'm not a millionaire (not even close, yet) I could only afford him a postcard and a fifty-note. However, they say it's the thought that counts. I also heard he had a PS3 console. The downside was that they ordered it from the States to get off cheaper, not knowing that the US-imported gaming consoles comes with NTSC chipsets. So, now they look for a sollution. I really hope that it will work out some way..
