Harsh times..

Since "between a couple of jobs" (Swedish way of sayin'), economy's not very well at the moment. I mean, in Sweden you don't exactly starve over a hard month or so, but vacation plans isn't worth jack, so to speak ;D Anyways, I'm real pleased where I'm at, so I don't bother. Why the subject? Well, I just got inside the door from a few miles bicycle tour. Where I've been at? It's called Överskottsbolaget, a place where you get a random selection of various things (everything from food to toys and electronic equipment), really cheap. Of course we're talking low-budget brands, and so on. Well anyways, I bought a wool bag of rice (> 10 lbs!), lots of noodles, instant mashed potatoes, pasta, and a can of mackerel fish. I've decided not to buy picnic bog and suchlike (meat) from Öb. Don't know why but something makes it feel ½ insecure, even though it's probably nothing wrong with it.

Anyways, the rice will be interesting. Managed to Google my way to a photo image of the actual bag that I bought. World's pretty small, isn't it?

Oh, I also bought a new dish brush. The dish brush we (_had_) was really sweet, with a soft grip that you could squeeze real hard without annoying your hand with sharp edget. But (like everything else) it got all worn out, so one day after work I got home and my beloved lady had threw the old one in the garbage. On the hook was instead this new ill red thingie for a brush. Hard edges, hurting my hand while doing dishes. Awergh, couldn't stand it, taking care of the dishes used to be (almost) fun but with this disastrous piece of knife edge for a brush, it suddenly was a terrifying duty. So, found a new brush today.

So, now my lady is on her way, and we'll head back for my place. Hope ya'll get a nice weekend, I'm sure we will ;) Take care folks..
